How do we work?
If you have already found and booked your perfect venue or if you are a delegate attending a conference looking for accommodation then contact us. We can book accommodation on your behalf nationwide.
Conference Organiser
If you have found your perfect venue contact us to assist with your accommodation requirements enabling you to concentrate on the finer details.
We will manage the complete booking. We can:
- negotiate special rates with hotel
- provide a range of hotels from which you decide who to use
- take bookings from delegates or centrally from organiser
- send confirmations direct to delegates
- send final rooming lists to hotels
- arrange payment of accommodation
Delegates
Are you attending a conference and need accommodation for yourself or have been asked to arrange accommodation on behalf of others then contact us. We can:
- take details of your requirements and budgets
- contact hotels and negotiate rates on your behalf
- discuss with you the available options
- hold or book accommodation and issue confirmations
In addition to the above some of our regular clients often ask us to help them find accommodation during one off special/sporting events. Contact us now for more information.
