Bournemouth Convention Bureau is also proud to offer a dedicated accommodation service to assist and support touring groups. We offer a bespoke service to ensure the accommodation offered suits your needs and requirements.

For numerous years we have been delighted to assist several dance companies with their accommodation arrangements throughout the UK whilst on tour and have established relationships with hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments.

How do we work?

  • take a detailed brief of requirements and also budget
  • source accommodation at each venue/destination, giving options where possible
  • arrange dinners and other meals if requested
  • manage the booking on your behalf
  • organise payment in advance
