How do we work?

• from the initial enquiry we take details of your accommodation requirements and budgets
• we discuss the accommodation options available to best suit your needs and requirements
• options can be emailed over and if requested we can provisionally hold rooms until a decision has been made
• we confirm all bookings to you in writing along with invoices if applicable at time of booking
• we manage the hotel availability and never overbook our allocation of rooms

In addition to booking your accommodation we also offer a FRINGE EVENT service where we provide as much assistance as you require making your event a complete success. Our brief is dictated by you.
